Information we collect

Jari collects only the information needed to arrange a service request, including name, email, address, selected services, preferred date and time, and payment-related status from the payment provider.

How we use information

We use customer information to process bookings, connect customers with independent service providers, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain records required for business, tax, compliance, and dispute handling.

Intermediary role

Jari is an information portal and intermediary between customers and independent contractors. We do not perform repair or handyman services ourselves.

Sharing information

We may share booking details with the assigned independent service provider and with payment, hosting, analytics, or support vendors where necessary to operate the service.

Payments

Card details are intended to be processed by Stripe or another secure payment provider. Jari should not store full card numbers on its own servers.
