Service description

Jari provides an online portal where customers can request handyman and repair services from independent service providers. Customers may select services, date, time, quantity, and submit payment details through the checkout flow.

Jari is an intermediary

Jari is not the direct provider of repair, installation, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, or handyman work. Jari acts as an information portal and booking intermediary between customers and independent contractors.

Independent providers

Service providers are independent contractors responsible for performing accepted work with reasonable skill, care, and compliance with applicable rules. Availability may depend on provider schedules and location.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact details, address, access information, and a safe working environment. Customers should describe the requested task clearly before the visit.

Pricing and changes

Prices are displayed in Saudi riyals. Final price may vary if the task differs from the selected service, requires extra materials, additional time, or additional specialists. Any material changes should be confirmed with the customer before work continues.

Payments

Payment may be collected online through Stripe or another payment provider. A booking is not confirmed until the required payment or authorization is completed.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jari is not liable for work performed by independent contractors, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
